Hello,

We took out a mortgage for our house of 277k four weeks ago.
Now KFW has changed its conditions, and there is an 18k grant for KFW55 at 120k.

Are there any possibilities for how I can still integrate this?

Sure, if the bank cooperates, everything is possible. But the bank now sets the conditions, which may not necessarily be advantageous for you.

For example, they could let you refinance your current loan to the kfw loan against a hefty prepayment penalty. The bank will of course only do this if it benefits from it in every way, as it causes additional work.

I say no, otherwise the bank would have to waive loans in favor of the [kfw]. You clarify such things in advance. You won't revoke anything there either.
