Just experienced a typical IKEA moment again ;-)

I just spent half an hour writing a statement for the introduction, and when I wanted to send it, I was prompted to log in again - after that, everything was gone.

With all due love for Ikea - this is exactly how you often feel when trying to furnish a room with IKEA.

your somewhat philosophically tinted post immediately inspired me to another thought – thank you.

Maybe that’s exactly what sets IKEA fans apart from the rest of the world. We can handle the frustration you described better because we’ve already had greater experience with it than others. Doesn’t that toughen us up for the big and small hurdles of everyday life?

Combined with a certain incomprehension of what actually happens inside a computer, which certainly happens to me very often, that gives you nerves of steel.

If you can furnish rooms with IKEA without your blood pressure rising and it doesn’t lift in the slightest when warnings flash on the PC screen again like a decorated Christmas tree, then really nothing can shake you anymore.

It’s a pity that I’m still so far from that.....
