Joint building

I am new to the forum and hope that I am writing in the right section.

I have a rough idea and hope that I have not overlooked a similar request. I am looking for building partners to construct two or three terraced bungalows in the Hamburg area (+surrounding area). The land is not yet available. The bungalows should be built age-appropriately (e.g. without a basement). They should not be too big either, living space per bungalow about 80 sqm.

Are there people who have experience with something like this or even interest in a more detailed exchange? I am grateful for any advice and help.

May I ask why you are looking for someone? There is no property, after all?

The property can be searched for together, because the size is not yet determined. It depends on how many building partners we find.

hm, basically a good idea (the region fits us too ;)) - but first look for a number x of people, and then find the right plot of land for them? I think it works the other way around, or rather, "I have/know a y-sized plot of land, from which we could do something for x builders" - right?

We are happy that the idea is well received, we would also only build with one construction partner!
