Is there something wrong with the indication "611 m above sea level" here?

Good evening everyone,

we are currently building a single-family house and are almost finished.

Now, it is the case that both friends as well as neighbors and two landscapers have pointed out that our house is lower than the surrounding ones. We first thought it was because we have a basement and the others have a slab foundation, and also that we are building at ground level. At the moment, the street feels higher than the ground of our house. That means the water would always flow onto our property.

Now I have taken a closer look at our plans. It says 611 meters above sea level and another streetlight at the street next to our property is at 615 meters above sea level.

Can someone possibly tell me if this is okay or if something was “messed with”?

Don't guess, measure. Then you can also say how big the height difference is.

Which plans? Site plan, floor plan, sections, elevations, development plan? Show everything.

Where?

That would be a 4-meter difference. My feeling tells me that something about the data cannot be right.

Hello Anne

where exactly is the point 611 m above sea level indicated? That should be on the construction plan.
And it might be that your ground for the house is a bit below street level. There will be an additional base on top after the shell construction. That is often 12-15 cm. Then it can fit again.
Just upload your construction plan here.
