Is there funding available for rental housing construction?

Hello. I am planning to build 2 residential units (no more allowed according to the development plan) each approximately 85 - 95 m². Are there currently any subsidies available? The N Bank supports social housing with a repayment grant, but only from 3 residential units per building plot. The option with the occupancy commitment is not attractive enough (5.9 euros/m² + 2-3 euros/m²).

There is either social housing construction (you can tell yourself why no apartments are being built for rent right now - it hardly or not at all pays off). Or the regular requirements of the KfW - but that has nothing to do with renting.
