When I recently wrote that at Schwörerhaus there are no appointments before 2020, someone just said that the competition can deliver in 16 weeks because an extra shift is being run.. someone clearly had a bad experience with the seller.

Known person wanted to start this June, nothing has happened so far. Is only being put off by the main contractor and now they say it will start in November/December. I'm curious, I can't imagine starting the shell construction in the middle of winter?

Otherwise, the situation is probably like this:

-many orders
-poor quality
-very high prices
-see long waiting times

My buddy is an electrician and he says nowadays the times when he had fewer orders were much better. Now it's just a burden for customers and craftsmen..

I still have that comment in mind or the one from the person who urgently needs a builder who can deliver a finished house in 9 months from now because his landlord wants him out due to a sale. I think many will be surprised when the planned child benefit for homeownership, home allowance, etc. goes down the drain because the house cannot be moved into on time.

I called a local painter last May to have an older house repainted. The first response was: "But not this year anymore!" OK, we had time and we wanted this painter because the whole neighborhood was very satisfied with him. This May, everything went smoothly.

Well, nobody wants to do the hard work in (almost) any weather condition. YES, we had a great summer and autumn. But that means the guys have to work even harder.

I can absolutely understand if someone insists on their 40-hour week and leaves work on time.

It feels like every child in our neighborhood goes to the Gymnasium. They will probably all end up in IT. Who's left? The bad migrant kids. They probably do it.

Or there are retraining programs. I can't hear it anymore, "my son wants to learn to be an agricultural machinery mechanic/welder/painter, but if you have something in the office, I would prefer that." There are so many for normal office work, they get minimum wage here in our region.
