Is the sealing of the underlay membrane correct?

Would you accept the sealing of the underlay membrane? Our installer thinks it is okay like this. In one of the pictures, you can see how the roofer sealed a ventilation pipe; this is how I imagine a proper seal. What is your opinion?

There are either ready-made "sealing collars" for that or it has to be done properly. You can forget about the BlowerDoor test here.
Either rework it yourself (but he should apply the sealing tape) or commission someone. Don’t close it like that. You won’t get to it later.

The other tapes look much better. Why not here?

I can't believe that this tinkering with tape is acceptable. Aren't there any proper, sealed "feedthroughs"? I have no idea about it, but it amazes me.

It is actually permissible, based on the pictures it also looks like different companies created it? Leaks would be noticeable at the latest during the blowdown test.
