Is the knee wall visible on the floor plan?

Hello everyone,

my name is Sascha and I am interested in a house.

I have already visited it and am now looking at how I could arrange my furniture. Now I have the floor plan and am not quite sure how big the rooms on the upper floor actually are. The house has a gable roof and I am wondering where exactly the rooms on the upper floor actually start... can you determine the height of the knee wall based on the attached picture? I can see the 1 and 2 meter lines, but the bathtub, for example, is exactly in between – there is also a wall drawn there – but I can’t see that in the other rooms. Sorry if the question is silly.

If it gets more concrete, I will surely come up with a few more topics in the coming time.

Thanks
Sascha

If we stick to the distinction commonly used here in the forum between knee wall (outside) and dwarf wall (inside), your knee wall is 35cm, the dwarf wall is 85cm due to the 50cm exterior wall and the 45° roof pitch, except in the bathroom, where a sloped ceiling section of about 1.20m height is installed. All of course planning dimensions and to be checked on site.

Do you not have a section and/or elevations?

The mere existence of the 1m line clearly shows that the knee wall must be lower.
