Is the KFW loan not registered in the land charge?

For our dream of a house, we have taken out a TOTAL AMOUNT of €348,000.

€248,000 through the Sparkasse
€100,000 through the KFW (153)

Last week I forwarded the land charge to the notary.

I noticed that the KFW is not listed in the land charge?!

Only the Sparkasse Osnabrück is listed with €348,000?!

Is that normal? Or did something go wrong?
