many thanks for your feedback and experiences.
We have now spoken with our local building authority (on-site appointment) to look for suitable and, above all, developed building land.
Let's see if something comes up in the near future. We have an "online" appointment with our neighboring community in two weeks... let's see if they have anything attractive.
We are already keeping an eye on the "used" market and have, of course, spread the word among our circle of acquaintances.
But what I definitely take from your statements is that you should approach the "prefabricated house" topic very thoughtfully and informed, and definitely consult with regional companies.
