and straight to the next question^^

We currently have a "plan" with a 180L hot water tank, what are your experiences, is this sufficient or rather bigger?
Background data:
Geothermal heat pump Nibe Fighter 1245 with the 180 L storage tank
Currently a 2-person household (but this could grow in a few years^^)
Primarily showering behavior, but there is also a large spacious bathtub
(either 200 or possibly even one with 350 L but I also know that I can't fill it completely "hot" with 180L ^^)

What do you think about Nibe?

Regards

Hello,

we have planned a 300 l hot water tank and I wouldn't necessarily choose a smaller one.

I don't know exactly how much my parents had, but it was definitely small enough that the hot water ran out during Sunday showers with two pubescent girls.

Please provide the basic data of this planning! Especially with hot water preparation using heat pumps, large heat exchanger surfaces are important. The majority of such complete offers are rather little "heat pump friendly".

Best regards.

We had also planned 300l, 180l seems quite little to me.

Well..

The thing is.. the 180 is included..
there is also the +300 version for an extra €1500.. but then we have 480 L
