But it also doesn’t hurt to talk to the neighbors to see if there actually used to be a house there, why it’s gone, etc.
Usually the neighbor knows something about the property or the owner and why he hasn’t (re)built, etc.

But honestly. Why don’t people come up with such ideas themselves? It’s actually logical to talk to the neighbors before buying such a dump, right? A house is being sold here too, two doors down, and people have already approached me in the garden asking how it happened, who the developer was, etc.

The behavior of a certain user here is normal, don’t worry about it. Be glad that you always replied within 20, 30 minutes, often a response time of more than 2 hours is already considered complete disinterest and rudeness, then the insults are even worse...
