If we assume that the building gap remains and thus the house wall remains exposed, are there any concerns from your perspective that should be mentioned here? Maybe also any questions I should ask the owner? Or should I just leave it alone?

No. Initially no concerns. It doesn't look like thick insulation. So somewhat higher heating costs than if there was another house next to you. This happens quite often and the situation is therefore not unusual.

Can you still look out of the windows on the side wall? Maybe they were plastered over?

It is a terraced end house. The side you see in the picture is where the middle house stood. On the other side are windows and the access to the garden.

I find it very complicatedly described: At first, it is just a house with a poorly plastered wall! Then suddenly there is a building gap, and it is referred to as a terraced house. It would be 6 meters, a missing middle house is described, but the other neighboring building is not shown.

Now let's be straight and show everything. Possibly also the offer as ID in the [Immo-Portal]. My assumption: The adjacent building is probably burnt down, the sides plastered provisionally.

If you are interested in the house, then take an inspector with you, but please come with the ID (no link).

Here are more pictures with the neighboring house. The listing is on [kleinanzeigen] and doesn’t provide any more info. Am I not being straightforward!? What else would you want to know? The house is advertised as an end terraced house.
