Is the cost estimate too expensive?

Just a few notes from our experience so far:

Excavation 7000,- >> May not be sufficient in some cases (e.g. storage, removal, etc.).

Excavation 7000,- depending on conditions more than tight, probably too little
Shell construction 85365,- - with basement and double garage. NEVER (we paid 97k euros without double garage!)
Scaffolding 2366,- - we paid about the same
Carpenter 23040,- - if that also means the roofer, OK, just the pure roof frame: too expensive
Tinsmith 4011,-
Window manufacturer 16000,- - hard to say. Number of windows, type of windows, quality of windows... but realistic for a single-family house
Garage 2700,- - for the door of the double garage okay, everything else not included there
Stove builder (pellet Swedish stove) 2700,- - I consider that optimistic, will probably be more expensive (a proper gas condensing boiler already costs more)
Plasterer 20000,- - does that also mean the facade? Only for interior plaster unrealistically expensive, for interior plaster AND an ETICS too little. (for us: interior plaster 6500 euros, ETICS 23,800 euros)
Screed 3200,- -hardly possible to get reasonable quality under 18 euros per sqm, 139 sqm plus basement won't be covered
HeatingVentilationSanitary 31000,- depending on sanitary requirements too little (we pay 31k without ventilation system and with gas condensing boiler (including sanitary))
Roller shutters 2500,- fits
Tiler 7300,- what exactly is supposed to be done? Certainly not the whole house with reasonable material
Floor layers 5738,- with laminate - hard to say, you don't know for what. Basically a meaningful DIY job, almost anyone can do it
Doors 4000,- without front door fits, with front door you would have to install the cheapest stuff
Work planning and site management 11000,- realistic
