You get your internet connection in the hallway. In a multimedia distributor or nailed to the wall?
I assume it's a wall outlet. The question is, what exactly is an "internet connection": Triple Play, meaning should a T-Entertain box be placed there, or should "cable TV" come out there and a "Fritzbox Cable" or something similar be installed? I suspect the former, otherwise I would expect it in the living room. The apartment buyers will have to take care of access points and/or the like themselves; if necessary, the electrician should also place power outlets near the ceiling where one could put an access point. Depending on preferences, the "internet connection" is better placed in a broom closet or wherever one could nicely install a patch panel. There are several threads on this topic here that should be findable using the search terms "Access" or "Network."
