Is the community required to develop if a development plan exists?

So, I've tried three times now with the head of the city building department, but I haven't gotten through. I'll try again tomorrow....

I don't have much hope that they'll agree to some kind of deal.

I talked to a friend who said I should try talking to the mayor during the citizen consultation hour. But that probably wouldn't help much either.

I think it's slowly time to throw in the towel and finally say goodbye to our plans.

It seems to me that the OP here is the only stakeholder in favor of the street.

So you were able to reply? – at least recently it was still the case that you couldn’t write a PM to someone who was not yet authorized to write PMs, or invite them to a conversation...

Yes, that seems to be the case. One is definitely neutral and one would certainly have an advantage from it, but I have not been able to identify him so far (but other than asking a few people, I haven't really done much).
