Is the combination of decentralized supply air and centralized exhaust air sensible?

Hello everyone,

we are currently planning a single-family house and the general contractor recommended a ventilation system combining decentralized supply air and centralized exhaust air. What do you think about that?

Details:

[*]Decentralized supply air in living rooms via window ventilators (Aeromat MIDI from Siegenia Aubi) with control flap
[*]Central exhaust air from wet rooms via a fresh air system with active heat recovery and hot water preparation (Comfort Aeraulix multi-family house from Atlantic)

Functionality:

[*]The central ventilation system extracts the used, warm exhaust air from the wet rooms and uses the heat with a small heat pump for domestic hot water heating.
[*]Due to the negative pressure in the house, fresh air flows in from outside through the decentralized window ventilators.

Questions:

    [*]General assessment
[*]about the window ventilators: Does anyone know these window ventilators? Can you feel a draft? Does too much cold air flow into the room during cold months? Is the noise level disturbing?
[*]about the ventilation system: Is the power consumption of the heat pump acceptable? The water tank only holds 200 liters. Is that enough for a family of four?

Thanks for your help!

Well, the principle is like this:

We build the best windows with the best values... and then we cut holes in them so the air can pass through again.

You notice, that's not really the best solution...

Thank you for your answer.

But isn't that the case with every ventilation system, even a central one, that the actually sealed envelope is perforated again to get fresh air into the house?

Or is that specifically the case with the air inlets above the window?

Yes, but only at two points: supply air/exhaust air, and a heat exchanger is installed in the device... and it is not simply holes here and there in the wall/window.
