An additional network socket costs 110 euros, an additional TV socket 140 euros, and a double socket 90 euros.

If we take out the electrical work, we have to specify a duration that we or our electrician need for the installation. This will then be taken into account accordingly in the schedule. However, if the time frame is exceeded, the entire construction will be delayed. Apart from that, it should be unproblematic.

Regarding KNX, the standard topics are important to us at first (lighting, shading, windows, heating control [if necessary]). In addition, it is very important to us that we can expand the installation at any time. I want to learn the programming myself and carry it out accordingly. Regarding the budget, I have read several times that a KNX installation, which is planned from scratch, does not necessarily have to be much more expensive than the "normal" electrical installation. But we have set a budget of 30,000 euros for the KNX addition.

We are now starting with the electrical planning as well. Today I received the prices for the following additional services:
Socket: €42.84
Switch: €53.55
Network cable CAT7 incl. CAT6a socket €176.12 I find it hard to assess because I lack reference values and current supply bottlenecks, war, inflation, etc. also play a role.

Wow. Is the contractor really sure that he wants to win you as a customer and not consciously drive you away? According to the rate in the construction contract, just under 10,000 EUR are calculated for electrical work, and I have at least 2-3 more sockets in each room than in your offer. In the children's room, 2 single sockets? The usual is 2 single and 2 double sockets.
