Everything works! What else would you have to do during construction besides selecting samples? Nothing except occasionally writing emails. You will hardly hold the trowel.
Many things are possible, but it wouldn't be for me. I know some people who are already at their limit doing their technician studies part-time. I did mine full-time.
4 semesters means it's coming to an end, right? You will have to do some final projects. At that time, I wouldn't want to be occupied with my construction on the side. If it really starts in May or June, I would take a break from April to September now. During that time, I would plan the details, select samples, plan the electrical work, kitchen planning, everything that can be prepared. By October, the construction should be closed up and you will know how the construction is going.
This is just my opinion on the whole thing, but many will probably see it as much less problematic.
