But you are not selling anything. You still already own property. Therefore, you absolutely do not belong to those for whom the [Baukindergeld] is intended. You are tapping into a pot with the help of a construct, the contents of which you actually do not need. That may be legally acceptable, but morally I find it questionable.

Your invented trick is legal. Whether it aligns with the inventor's intent is at least unclear. After all, you are not selling your property. It's not about "morality." That, like many others, you try to interpret and play the rules for your self-optimization is legitimate - this attitude is widespread. Many simply do not share this attitude.
