That was also the reason why I said that the income for the region is not bad at all and the house prices are probably lower than in the rest of the country. In this respect, I don’t want to deny that the OP can build for 230-250K€ including GuB, but certainly not for less than 200K€ including GuB. However, one should be sure that they want to stay there permanently.

I agree with that. For the region, the income is even very good :)
