Hello everyone,

regarding HAR I wanted to ask for your assessment if it is sufficiently sized?

A gas heating system, photovoltaic system, and possibly solar later are planned.
Smart Home practically not at all, and if so then only for the ground floor.

The yellow walls are meant to represent the space or the corner intended for it.
The respective dimensions of the interior walls are in red.

Could be tight. What exactly is being installed? Gas heating, hot water storage tank or boiler as instant water heater, fuse box in what size, inverter in what size, water connections, gas connection, etc.

16sqm are in my opinion more than enough.

Gas heating. Hot water tank (size not yet known) Fuse box size also not known. Possibly the fuse box could be placed behind it in the garage. Multi-utility house inlet in 4-way design for gas, water, electricity. Underfloor heating connection. Distribution for this then centrally on each floor The 1-meter wall in the room could possibly be made longer. And as already mentioned, one side of the garage might also be available for this if needed.

Supply under the garage. Most utility providers do not like that, either additional measures become necessary or it is not approved at all. Be sure to clarify this in advance. MSP pay attention to the positions of the media; water and gas should be as far apart as possible so that the meters do not conflict. Underfloor heating check how big the HKV will be or how many circuits are connected. Place the heating so that short paths without angles are possible. No controlled residential ventilation?
