that is a very good question, because we are currently in a very similar situation with similar conditions. Both in terms of income, as well as equity or the private situation.

Of course, it also strongly depends on which future forecasts you base your assumptions on. Personally, I do not yet assume that we have reached the absolute low interest rate.

We will first try to save up some equity for a few more years. We received an offer from a bank and had the comparison calculated with more equity, and the difference was already significant.
