Is financing for a single-family house feasible?

Is the 90 in your nickname your birth year? Then you are still quite young and thus your income can still increase in the coming years and you could build up quite a bit of savings that way.

Yes, the 90 is my birth year, we want to start as early as possible ;)

We now have an appointment with an independent financing broker. He will hopefully tell us honestly whether it will be feasible or rather not. As an alternative, I thought we would first look for a condominium, which we could then either sell later or rent out. Or buy an older house that needs renovation, although that can also backfire quickly :/ Best regards and enjoy the sunshine :o
