I would first look for a new job. IT & Software must bring in more than 2400.

Are you a troll? Or as an IT specialist, shouldn't you be able to do math anymore?

That will never work.

Put the required loan into a loan calculator and look at the installment. The difference between your basic rent (not including utilities! You will still have additional costs) and the installment should be the minimum amount you save every month (even better to save more, for buffer and other expenses). It's best to do this for a while, and you will not only have saved a significant amount of equity but also get a much better feeling for whether the installment can work in everyday life.

Aha. Apparently, people think just because it says IT and SW, you have to earn 100k gross per year right away. There are also plenty of small companies that supply the big ones and cannot pay such salaries. Besides, he could also be an IT specialist, meaning someone who types what others come up with...

By the way, there is no equity at all, because apparently a loan of 5,000 EUR is ongoing. Car with 250 EUR again set too low, the question about children answered way too definitively at mid-20s...

whoever goes from 381 without a broker, since the developer rounds up to 450, has also spent their money lavishly so far. I also believe that the salary is clearly too low for the amount and the equity is significantly too low
