With decentralized controlled residential ventilation, I have several core drillings in the insulation. Is heat recovery and filtering possible at all with this variant?

I wanted to throw the decentralized variant into the mix as an easy-to-implement alternative.
Heat recovery: up to 90% possible
Filter: as always, whatever you want, including pollen filters
Controllable: networkable with each other, remote controllable, remote control, etc. possible
Prerequisites: core drillings, power to/from all fans

You can skip window rebate ventilation. Just tell the general contractor to install the windows the way they did 40 years ago – that is, leaky. The result is the same.

Nobody here can tell you that. What air change rates are required? Areas? Tip: raumluft minus shop dot de provides a free ventilation design (they also want to install their own devices - the ventilation calculation is usually sufficient for the energy consultant and the KfW).
