Thought: First build more cost-effectively and 2-3 years later add the [Klinker] (because it's stylish).

I can't imagine that it's cost-effective. Exterior plastering costs, depending on the size of the house and the quality of the plaster, around €10,000 to €25,000 or so. And what do you want to do yourself when it comes to [Klinkern]? Can you do that yourself?

IMHO a cavity wall construction should be planned from the start (foundation of the outer wall, base sealing, also on the terrace, window installation, roof overhang, attachment of downpipe, details of the respective seals and insulations, etc. etc.). Doing something like that afterwards is likely to cause considerable additional effort and often only possible with compromises. I would bury this idea quickly.
