That sounds logical. So far, it is all just theory when it comes to the selling price; even if comparable apartments in the area have been sold, that doesn’t mean it will work for us too.
With the theoretical numbers, at least you can see whether it would be feasible or not. The majority here wouldn’t do it with their equity and income. That’s already a bit of guidance.
And somehow that confirms my thinking, as I also tend to think conservatively and like to avoid risk.
