Without a basement, 150m2 for 250 thousand euros is possible, even with the top provider with the red S from the Alb.

We have a 145sqm prefab house, knee wall 2m. Lwwp + ventilation system. Ground slab (no basement), no garage. EL: painting/wallpapering work, floor coverings attic. We are still within your limit, even after the sampling (albeit very tight). Prices still applied for 2013/2014. PS: The provider's headquarters is in Bavaria.
