Hello everyone!
Until yesterday, I was not familiar with this word (MSA - Mehrspartenanschluss).
Now our main contractor is asking us who is carrying out the MSA for us.
The main contractor is responsible for the base slab (we are building without a basement) and the entire house. Only the earthworks and connections on the property are not included.
Our contract states:
"All lines are routed together and end at the outer edge of the base slab. Up to 4 penetrations of the outer wall/base slab for drainage pipes are included. ... You will receive planning security for your finances."
The main contractor had informed us several times about what is not included in the offer. This MSA appears for the first time.
Isn't it customary for the MSA to be installed together with the base slab?
How has it been with you?
