Hi, from the numbers I would start immediately without hesitation. You shouldn't have problems with most banks. It gets more difficult when you have children and then the wife's salary stops. You have to plan for that. I have 2 children (3 years/ 5 months), my wife only works on a 450€ basis for the next 2 years. Nevertheless, we are financing a higher amount. If you take that into account, then I see no problems.
