May I indiscreetly ask directly what the basic idea behind this preliminary draft is? Without knowing whether a development plan is possible at this location in this or a similar form, I would not want to put in such detailed work. Unless these are pure "glass bead games," which I do not suspect.

If you really want to build a bungalow there, studying the development plan (if available) would be useful or a sketchy preliminary draft (feasibility study | mass study) as a building permit inquiry to the building authority.

At the moment, there is no compelling reason for us to move, except for my wish to do so anyway. (direct access to the garden, proximity to the rental house, because I previously lived on the property for 13 years, etc.)

You are somewhat right about the glass bead game, of course. I enjoy elaborating on this plan in detail. If everything fits, it will eventually become a real project; otherwise, it remains a nice mental exercise.

Therefore, I don't care about the development plan at the moment because I want to first develop an idea of what is technically possible and what is not, and of course whether I even want to live there (issue of shading).
