Hello construction expert,

I have now spoken with the surveyor and the general contractor. Since I am still within the land-use plan, we have agreed to first start with the earthworks and the shell construction and then submit the subsequent application in the meantime. We all assume that this will go quite quickly and thus we will not fall further behind schedule. I will trust this now since the surveyor and the general contractor do not know each other and both suggested this independently. In the worst case, we will have to interrupt the construction and wait for the approval of the subsequent application. But the main thing is that we do not just build without approval, as I would not have felt good about that.

Simplest and normal solution: Install spots in the concrete ceiling, keyword Kaiser-Dose. Then you have no height problems and also save money
