Hello dear forum members,

Can someone tell me how you would interpret the following:
-II (I+D)
-kniestock Max. 50cm
-Dachform irrelevant

We don't know whether we are allowed to build two full floors and an attic with a 50 cm kneewall or if only a full-floor ground floor + attic with a 50 cm kneewall, i.e. with a gable roof, is allowed? Unfortunately, even the responsible building authority was no help to us. Depending on who you reach, the statement is different. Many thanks for your help.

The second floor (above the ground floor) is expected to be an attic floor, may be a full floor according to its area ratio to the ground floor, but may have a kneewall of max. 50 cm. I conclude from this that it refers to Franconia; a recessed floor is not to be built.

Is this a new development area, is there no construction in the surroundings yet? Then you usually see what is possible. Otherwise, 's assessment is probably due to the limited information. Is there no text version of the development plan?

Dear forum member, I thank you very much for your helpful answer. You are close with Franconia, though slightly off :) Do you also mean that I do not have to apply the 2/3 rule on the 1st upper floor/attic, so I don’t have to worry if I create more space through dormers or similar? Would you perhaps also have any ideas on how I can circumvent this knee wall requirement or somehow manage to get two full floors without any slope at all? Many thanks for your contribution.

Dear forum member,

I also thank you for your help :) I would prefer not to quote the development plan here as I will soon be living in a very small village and it would be clear where by quoting it. Nevertheless, I thank you very much for your help :)
