"Intermediary" bank for KFW270 (Photovoltaics and Storage) sought

Does anyone have a "transmitting" bank for KFW270, my house bank and others do not do this, they prefer to offer only in-house loans. All savings banks and unfortunately also the Umweltbank do not do this.

Why do you absolutely want to choose program 270? Under the current conditions, the house products from [Sparkasse] and banks are likely to have similar conditions and are usually a bit more flexible.

Unfortunately, they are still a bit more expensive, but -that's true- also more flexible, what I would like is the repayment-free period, only KFW offers that.

If they do not want to process this, then report this procedure to [KFW]. The bank is obliged to do so!!!

That's a well-known problem. If you haven't already included the KfW loan in your house financing, etc., but at some point want to get 15,000 EUR separately from the KfW for a photovoltaic system, you won't find any bank that does that. The bank has to conduct a complete risk assessment, including collateral, etc. That's a lot of effort. Occasionally, I've also read here that someone succeeded, but quite often that you can't find anyone.

I think I once read that, I'll look for it... but that also follows from the practical aspect and the meaning anyway, that there must be an obligation for the banks. This "additional effort" of risk assessment and collateral must be covered by KFW through some kind of flat rates.
