It is clear that there are no limits upwards in terms of equipment, whether inside or outside, or even in the substance. But this is about a consciously chosen house from Town & Country, with a budget that one can live with comfortably. The tip about baseboards is okay, LAN and SAT should also be factored in, that is common and still mostly necessary, even if a penny-pincher saves here (by the way, one can also live well without baseboards ) But clay roof tiles, fully tiled bathrooms, knee wall elevation and flush-mounted things... you can clearly see where the journey ends when you reread the initial post. If you have a 10,000 buffer, , and it is not yet spent at foundation and shell construction, then you can possibly choose a better plaster or find a professional for the painting work. For example, we quickly had a nice expensive accent tile installed in the shower, the toilet became rimless, and all tiles were laid by the tiler. The kitchen was expanded by €500. That was all the money gone. Pay attention to the size of the bathtub, the sanitary design, and consider that mirrors, lamps and vanity cabinets still have to be purchased. With sanitary equipment you will probably be paying the most extra.

That's right. Hardly anyone will treat themselves to nothing extra, neither will we. Like with Yvonne, a few things, especially in the garden, we spent a bit more than others, but for other things we deliberately kept it simple. For the walls of q2, plaster is standard and considered ready for wallpapering with woodchip. If you want to paint the plaster directly and want it smooth, you have to do some extra work. That's just how it is. If you can live with a dent here and there, it's easier.

I have to disagree with you once, even though I am not a big fan of electric cars. But if you have one, you want to be able to charge it at home as well. That means, mind you, two electrically complete sockets in one housing, which is then logically supplied with two cables (i.e. two 8P terminal strips) – cable sharing is "history" with Gigabit Ethernet. I am at a loss there.
