Hello again,

now we have all the information on the financing together:

Part I:

KfW loan no. 153
10 years term
10 years fixed interest rate
2 years repayment-free
1.85 % effective interest rate
less 0.40% through Ing-Diba => 1.45% eff.
however, this credit is connected with the waiver of repayment subsidies through Kfw 55/40

Part II:

Annuity loan
15 years fixed interest rate
1% - 10% repayment
2 free repayment changes possible

Financier Ing-Diba
up to 50% 3.45% eff. (15 years)
up to 70% 3.56% eff. (15 years)

Other components are not interesting for us, so no building savings contract etc.

Only the "clear" combo of KFW 153 and annuity loan.

We were also additionally offered KfW 129, but the conditions contained therein are too poor for us.

If anyone has a tip where this combo can possibly be obtained at even better conditions, then always happy to hear it.

The building location will be in Schleswig Holstein, so the financier who, for example, only finances southern Bavaria is out.

Best regards
Ostsee
