Hello everyone, last week we concluded 20 years at 1.61% with Dr. Klein at Sparda BW. Current processing time is 6 weeks. What actually happens if interest rates should fall again during this time? Will it be automatically adjusted or would we have to cancel and apply again?

I'll just take 76133 as a reference 500 TEUR, with 12 months interest-free construction period, 3% repayment, 5% special repayment (66.6% runoff, so 750 TEUR costs, 500 TEUR financing) 10 years = 1.19% (eff. 1.22%) 15 years = 1.54% (eff. 1.57%) so plausible, and figures are from Friday.
