Interest rate reduction by KfW since February 1st.

We were informed by our energy consultant via email that KfW has lowered the interest rates.

Since February 1st, the interest rates in the program "Energieeffizient Bauen" have been between 0.80 and 1.16%.

Our energy consultant writes: "This makes the KfW very interesting again in new construction."

Just wanted to pass this on to you.

Args, signed for another 1.35% on Wednesday 22.01. Just sent our banker an email... The full financing will only be on the way next Tuesday.

Our offer is still at 1.35%! Very cool! Nothing has been signed yet. But that makes me very happy!

That works out well. We bought the property on Monday, the contract for work and house financing will come in February. We are happy to include that. Thanks for the tip!

There is a newsletter at the KfW, where the interest rate changes are always updated daily. Unfortunately without prior notice, only on the day they take effect.

Unfortunately, the unlimited special repayment option is no longer available, for which we still pay 1.5% from 2018 ...
