Normally, it should be sufficient if there is 1-2 hours between the end of irrigation and the start of mowing. The lawn can be damp, that doesn’t bother the mower at all.
Water at 4:30 AM and mow from around 8 AM, for example. That’s how I do it, irrigation ends around 6 AM.
The mower is so quiet that it’s not a problem.
Irrigate in the early morning hours. Depending on how long your watering cycle is, start so that you finish around 6 AM.
Best to mow during the day when the kids, for example, are at school. So from about 8-9 AM. Otherwise, in the evening. If your mower is sufficiently "oversized," you can also run it shorter on weekends.
With Hydrawise, you just enter the days and times, similar to the robotic mower.
Thanks. That’s how I will set it.
