Regarding mowing in the evening or at night. I would like to point out that hedgehogs are nocturnal and do not flee from the robot but curl up and partially get seriously injured. Therefore, I would mow in the morning. All the other neighbors do that too, and it should be better in terms of noise level than in the evening. Watering is better in the morning.

The mower is so quiet that you can mow at night. However, if the area capacity is sufficiently overdimensioned, this is not necessary. Some models with ultrasonic sensors detect hedgehogs. But would rather mow during the day. It is also relaxing to watch. With children, you just have to time it so that they are not there or are sleeping...
