Yes, you can of course come across people like that. In the last rental building, we had a party for all tenants, 2 parties didn't come even though they were there. They were also the kind who hardly managed to say hello. But well, you have to accept that. We live in a big city (city outskirts) and for that, I think we almost have a village idyll in terms of neighborhood. And I find that worth its weight in gold, and would always invest that time again, it usually pays off two or three times over.

The neighbors will surely understand, even if they happen to receive a larger delivery or have craftsmen there themselves.

Since there are still 362 other days in the year, I almost assume that this case will rather not occur. And if it does, I am sorry, but I can't stop or postpone the construction now because of all possible eventualities.

If I learn in advance about a date when and for how long a closure will take place, I will of course inform the neighbors who will be directly affected.
