hi Tomoy, we are almost neighbors (about 25 km away from you). We have been working on our house planning for over a year and have experienced successive price increases (timber construction). However, it is about a 10% price increase in one year. Including the base slab, we are at a prefab house price of about 2000 €/sqm. With all additional costs (earthworks, surveyor..) and extras (clay plaster, photovoltaic, kitchen, etc.) we end up at 2850 €. Our house will have 182 sqm of living space and only a base slab (no basement).
