You probably won't get a definitive answer because it can't be precisely estimated. Can't you just put OSB directly on without the filling for now, and then add the insulation after it has dried? Or, an idea from my excellent site manager back then, simply use fine, dry sand as insulation. That would also absorb moisture and later you can just remove the sand again.
oh dear....then you probably have to dry massively and take the risk by finishing directly. I think insulation will also absorb moisture, you just have to watch out for mold/rot.....toitoitoi
