So now it is unfortunately no longer just a "vacation replacement" demanding this, but the department head agrees with this demand and will not approve the whole thing without this measure.
However, I was able to convince him that the noise is not really present, and so he agreed that we submit a supplementary drawing showing a dense fence or a wall drawn into that corner, and will then approve the construction project on the condition that it is built.
Fortunately, I was able to avoid an expert or the like, as in the end the gentleman also had to admit that the noise level coming from the gas station cannot be effectively measured due to the federal road.
So now the supplementary drawing must be submitted, and the property owner of the plot on which the gas station stands must also agree to the whole thing....
These building authorities are a dream....
