Ikea Udden extractor hood - does it include the lever?

Hello!

I have just installed a new Ikea kitchen and the Udden extractor hood.
The hood is running in recirculation mode, and I have also installed the activated carbon filter.

Next to it, however, there is a kind of lever, and the symbols seem to signal to me that I should switch from "extraction" to "recirculation" - but the lever doesn’t really move, it can only be bent a little to the side.
The manual also says nothing about this lever.

Does anyone know what this means?

Best regards and thanks,
skorx

Hello, isn't that in the picture just the mounting nipple for the activated carbon filter?

No, the activated carbon filter is already hanging there on the two other things that were still there.

You don’t have to adjust anything with the Udden, as exhaust air and recirculated air use the same air outlet on the housing. The small lever is only relevant for other models where the air uses different outlets on the housing.
