Ikea Udden ceramic cooktop broken - Is there a replacement?

Hello everyone,

I have the Udden oven with the integrated ceramic hob from Ikea.
Unfortunately, the Udden model is no longer available in the Ikea range.
According to a telephone inquiry with Electrolux, there is no compatible ceramic hob for this Udden model, as there are now new connections. It would be possible to install a standalone hob with a connection box with 2 appliance connections. Does anyone have experience and can help me?

If you have no idea, you can definitely make a lot of mistakes here. There are surely specialist companies near you that will take a look and offer advice!

Get yourself a used one from Ebay Classifieds or similar used portals. There are quite a few and not too expensive.

A self-contained cooktop is certainly the best solution. You only have to pay attention to the cutout size of the countertop. The electrician can then connect the cooktop with a power splitter to the oven at the appliance connection box. The control knobs for the cooktop, which are on the oven, will then be useless but do not cause any inconvenience.
