Ikea Udden and Faktum combine

Hello,

I plan to put together an Udden kitchen (I don't know any sink unit) but since I have to make an "L," the question is whether I can use a corner cabinet from the Faktum range for that? And possibly also a cabinet for a built-in oven?

Otherwise, I don't know how to implement the "L" without wasting urgently needed space.

Hello, of course you can do that, but why not just do everything with Faktum? There are hardly any UDDEN parts left.

The reasons are:
1. because of the price
2. because of the style
3. because of self-assembly

However, I am still in the planning phase, so that might still change.
I have also read here that some people buy their kitchens abroad, but I do wonder how complaints are handled then, especially when the kitchens are discontinued.

Whether it looks nice is another question. You have to decide that for yourself. Check the availability of all possible items at your Ikea. I wouldn't be surprised if not only the sink cabinet is no longer available. In my opinion, the level of difficulty of the assembly only differs if you want to have FAKTUM perfectly installed, but not if you leave gaps as you do with UDDEN.

At UDDEN it will be like this....once it's gone, it's gone, no 25-year warranty, no repurchase guarantee either.

Especially since Faktum is now being discontinued, there is the possibility to get a decent kitchen cheaply.
In France, starting February 3, there is Metod and now another 20% promotion on Faktum, with up to 50% off fronts. I could imagine that there will be a similar promotion in Germany as well.
There is also a repurchase guarantee for another 2 years.
To be on the safe side, I would buy a little something as a reserve and enjoy my kitchen.

And if you are already considering combining Faktum and Udden, then there is even less reason not to combine Faktum and Metod; with a bit of creativity, that works wonderfully.

I don't actually need the kitchen until March/April but I almost fear there won't be another promotion by then
Isn't Metod higher in terms of the corpus? That probably makes it difficult to combine with Faktum.
I guess I picked a bad time to buy a kitchen
If I bridge the transition period with Udden and then buy Metod, I'm afraid the built-in appliances won't fit anymore because the *corpen* (is that the right word?) have different dimensions.
Man, Ikea, why are you taking everything I need out of the range now
