Hello,
I bought a bed/mattress etc. from the previous tenant. All from Ikea:
Bed IKEA DALSELV
Mattress IKEA SULTAN Forestad 160x200
Roller slatted frame
I cannot sleep well on it and often wake up with back problems.
I thought I should buy a new slatted frame AND a new mattress. Is that correct? Or would one be enough? (and then which one?). Do I also need a new bed frame?
The Forestad mattress I already have should (according to internet research) be rather good... but as I said, I don’t sleep well on it. When I visit my girlfriend I always sleep 1000 times better! And it’s not just because of the girlfriend :)
I am also afraid that if I buy a new slatted frame and/or mattress, they will be overall too "high" for the bed frame. Is it bad if that happens? Should I also buy a new bed frame?
My goal is, of course, to sleep well and not spend too much money.
Thanks in advance
