Ikea Smalland childcare for only one hour

what I've always wanted to say to Ikea:

Basically, I really like Smalland. The whole thing has only one big drawback: you can only leave the children there for one hour. If you want to choose furniture calmly and also get advice (like we did recently - we wanted to buy bathroom furniture), the one hour is by far not enough. It would really be better if you could leave the children for at least two hours.

Have you already brought it up yourself at Ikea on site? The employees will surely understand if it takes a bit longer. Especially if you inform them in advance.
The Smaland is a great free service from Ikea and I have not seen anything comparable anywhere else.

Since when? You should really check again, in our house Munich Brunnthal there is no time limit!
